Trade & Technology show in Kerala begins
Kochi, Sep 27 : Around 300 international and domestic buyers and exhibitors will participate in the three-day Trade and Technology Business Show (TTBS) organised by the Kerala Government.
Enumerating the details of the Show, State Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem said representatives from seven sectors – food and agro processing, ayurveda and herbal, coir, handlooms, handicrafts, bamboo and screw pine and rubber and related products – would attend the event.
To be inaugurated by State Governor R L Bhatia today, the meet is organised by the Department of Industries in association with the Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP),Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (KSIDC) and Kerala Industrial Infrastructre Development Corporation (KINFRA).
The exhibitors will consist of machinery manufacturers, technology providers and research institutes. Mr Kareem said international buyers from 14 countries, including the US, UK, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia and Russia would take part.
