“This program combines the essential elements of our 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training program with an intense focus on the sequencing, language and classroom skills necessary to teach a vigorous, flowing practice,” explains Lori McDougall, Director of Yoga Yoga Teacher Training. “The hatha flow-based program serves as the foundation for students who wish to continue their training in the Ashtanga lineage and for anyone who wants to teach flow and vinyasa yoga classes.”
Yoga Yoga Teacher Training, an approved 200-hour and 500-hour Registered Yoga School through the Yoga Alliance and a registered career school with the Texas Workforce Commission, offers nationally recognized yoga teacher training programs in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. The faculty at Yoga Yoga Teacher Training includes 10 certified yoga teachers and professionals in the fields of anatomy, physiology, physical therapy, ayurveda, kinesiology, psychology, literature and language, massage therapy, and education.
