Yoga Yoga Teacher Training Presents Flow-Based Hatha 200-Hour Program

“This program combines the essential elements of our 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training program with an intense focus on the sequencing, language and classroom skills necessary to teach a vigorous, flowing practice,” explains Lori McDougall, Director of Yoga Yoga Teacher Training. “The hatha flow-based program serves as the foundation for students who wish to continue their training in the Ashtanga lineage and for anyone who wants to teach flow and vinyasa yoga classes.”
